This page describes which personal data we process when you use agutvikling.no, why we do it, and what choices you have.
Who is the data controller
Ghanima Systemutvikling (company no. 934 835 018) is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to andre@agutvikling.no.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, we process the name, email address and message you provide. We use that information solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to follow up an enquiry about a project.
The submission goes through the service Formspree, which forwards the message to us by email. Formspree is our data processor for this, so the information may be processed outside the EEA.
The legal basis is legitimate interest in replying to enquiries you started yourself, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Website statistics
We use Vercel Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages are read. We chose it because it sets no cookies and does not build profiles across websites.
We receive only aggregated statistics, such as page views and which country the traffic came from. We cannot identify you from those statistics.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies for marketing or tracking.
When you answer the consent banner, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name «cookie-consent». It is stored only in your own browser, is never sent to us, and stays there until you clear your browser data.
How long we keep the information
Enquiries through the contact form are kept for as long as they are needed to follow up the conversation, and deleted once the matter is closed and there is no further need to document it. If the enquiry becomes a client relationship, the necessary information is kept for as long as that relationship lasts.
Your rights
You have the right to see the information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, and to ask for it to be deleted. You can also object to the processing and ask for it to be restricted.
Send an email to andre@agutvikling.no if you want to use any of these rights, and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe we are handling information in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this page. Significant changes are announced on the front page.
