Systems are bought one at a time, by different people, for different needs. None of them was built to co-operate with the others, and the result is that a person becomes the glue between them.
If a system has an API, or can export its data, we can usually connect it to the rest. We work against open APIs, databases, WordPress, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, Google Workspace, accounting systems, CRMs and public registries.

What is system integration?
System integration means connecting software that otherwise lives apart, so data moves between them automatically. An order in the webshop can become an invoice in the accounting system, and a new customer in the CRM can land on the right list, without anyone typing it in. The connection usually goes through each system's API.

Can you integrate our webshop with accounting and stock?
Yes. Orders, customers, payments and stock levels can flow between the webshop and the systems behind it, so the numbers agree everywhere without manual transfers. What can be moved depends on each product's API, and we check that before giving an estimate.

What if our system has no API?
There are often other ways in: export files, email, the database directly, or a scheduled job that fetches the data. It takes more work to make robust, but it is rarely impossible. We look at the system before promising anything.

What does system integration cost?
It depends on how many systems need connecting, how well their APIs are documented, and how much data has to move. We go through your systems at no cost and give an estimate before we start.
