System integration and API development
Accounting, CRM, webshop and internal systems usually live apart. We get them talking to each other.
What this is about
Systems are bought one at a time, by different people, for different needs. None of them was built to co-operate with the others, and the result is that a person becomes the glue between them.
If a system has an API, or can export its data, we can usually connect it to the rest. We work against open APIs, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, Google Workspace, accounting systems, CRMs and public registries.
Without integration
ManualThe order sits still until a person moves it, and it only moves when somebody has time
With integration
AutomaticThe order is in the accounts the moment it arrives, and nobody touched it
Does any of this sound familiar?
If the answer is yes to one of the points below, there is usually something to gain.
- 01
Data is moved between systems by hand
A file is downloaded from one place and uploaded to another, at regular intervals, by somebody whose job that now is.
- 02
The numbers disagree between systems
When two systems hold their own version of the truth, the time goes into working out which one counts.
- 03
Information arrives too late
Sales does not know the invoice is paid, or the warehouse does not know the item sold, until somebody says so.
- 04
You have been told it cannot be done
It usually can. It takes somebody reading the documentation and building the connection that is missing.
What you get
We always start with a review that costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You are free to say no afterwards.
- A review of which systems need to hang together
- An integration that survives errors without losing data
- Monitoring, so you find out it stopped before your customer does
- Source code and documentation. You own all of it
Shall we look at what takes time where you are?
Tell us briefly how you work today, and we will say honestly whether it is something we can solve. Including when the answer is no.
