Putting AI to work in your business
AI pays off most when it solves a concrete task in the workflow you already have, not when it becomes a project of its own. We find the task, build the solution and put it into service.
What this is about
Ordinary automation follows fixed rules. It stops when the information is free text: an email that has to be understood, an invoice in an unfamiliar format, a document that needs summarising. That is where AI has made the biggest difference in recent years, and that is where we use it.
We start with one contained task and a clear measure of what good enough looks like. You see the gain before building further, and we can measure whether the solution works on your own examples, rather than trusting a demo.
Where something is at stake, a person keeps the final word. AI suggests, sorts and drafts, and a person approves. That keeps most of the time saved without mistakes reaching your customers.
What can be automated
Examples of tasks that can run on their own. Which ones pay off most is something we look at together.
- 01
Documents read automatically
Invoices, receipts, contracts and forms are interpreted, and their content goes straight into the right system.
- 02
Enquiries sorted
Emails and messages are categorised, prioritised and routed to the right person, with a suggested reply.
- 03
Text written
Drafts of emails, quotes, product copy and reports, tailored to the recipient and ready for review.
- 04
Answers from your own documents
An assistant that answers from the procedures, handbooks and agreements you already have, and shows where the answer came from.

Questions about AI solutions
01
How do we get started with AI in the business?
Start with a task that repeats, takes a lot of time, and where you know what a good result looks like. We go through your working day and point at where AI pays off, and just as importantly, where ordinary automation is better and cheaper. The review costs nothing.
02
Is it safe to use AI on company data?
It can be, but it has to be chosen deliberately. Before anything goes into service, we go through together which data is sent where, and choose services and settings to suit. Personal data and sensitive documents need an assessment of their own.
03
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
It will, now and then, and the solution has to cope with that. We build in checks, have a person approve where mistakes are costly, and test against real examples from you before the solution goes into service.
04
Do we need a chatbot?
Rarely as a first step. The biggest gains are often in work that happens in the background, like reading documents or sorting email. An assistant that answers questions can be right, but then it should build on your own documents and show its source.
Shall we look at what takes time where you are?
Tell us briefly how you work today, and we will say honestly whether it is something we can solve. Including when the answer is no.
