Automated customer follow-up and reminders
Follow-up that happens when somebody remembers happens too rarely. We make it regular, personal and automatic.
What this is about
The confirmation after an order, the reminder before an appointment, the follow-up after a quote: each one is simple, but together they are a lot to remember, and they are the first thing to slip when it gets busy.
We tie the follow-up to what actually happens in your systems. When an appointment is booked, an order ships or a quote sits unanswered, the right message goes out at the right time, and the CRM is updated with what was sent.
What can be automated
Examples of tasks that can run on their own. Which ones pay off most is something we look at together.
- 01
Confirmations
Orders, bookings and submitted forms are confirmed at once, with the information the customer needs.
- 02
Reminders before appointments
Fewer no-shows, without anyone ringing round.
- 03
Follow-up after a quote
Unanswered quotes are followed up on a fixed plan, and the salesperson is told when it is time for a call.
- 04
Welcoming new customers
New customers get the right information in the right order in their first days.
Questions about customer follow-up
01
Do automated messages not feel impersonal?
Not when they build on what you know about the customer. Their name, what they bought and where they are in the process make the message relevant. What feels impersonal is usually the follow-up never arriving at all.
02
Will it work with the CRM we use?
Usually. Most customer systems have APIs, so the follow-up can both read from them and write back. We check the system before giving an estimate.
03
Can reminders go out by text message?
Yes, both email and SMS can be used, depending on what your customers actually read.
Shall we look at what takes time where you are?
Tell us briefly how you work today, and we will say honestly whether it is something we can solve. Including when the answer is no.
